Staff
The CDL staff consists of :
- the director, who holds a master's degree in child development;
- a master teacher, who holds a master's in child development;
- two head teachers, who hold bachelor's degrees in child development;
- graduate assistants;
- and undergraduate students, who are child development majors.
Because the CDL is a learning experience for the students as well as the children, we try to maintain a high adult-to-children ratio in each program of approximately 1 to 2.5 for infant, 1 to 4 for toddler and 1 to 8 for preschool.
